We live in a world that values things more than human beings. Human beings are sometimes used and not loved. Jesus’ message is that human beings are more important than things. You can’t buy happiness, love or respect. Things can’t make you happy; people do. In the long run, only possessing God and being possessed by God can make us truly happy. “No servant can serve two masters… You cannot give yourself to God and money.
